Every insight and guide published on this site is written by or with Dusko Sremac and reviewed against the standards below. If a claim doesn't meet them, it doesn't ship.
Update policy
Insight articles and guides carry a visible updated date. Material changes trigger a full re-review rather than a silent edit. Minor typographical fixes are made without republishing.
Corrections
Errors should be reported to dusko@repyyc.com. Substantive corrections are noted at the foot of the affected article. Where a correction changes the substance of a recommendation, a dated correction note remains visible for at least twelve months.
AI and editorial review
Some editorial drafting and production tasks are assisted by AI tools. Every published article is reviewed by a human editor for accuracy, tone, sourcing and legal/licensing appropriateness before publication. No article is published on autopilot. AI is not used to fabricate statistics, testimonials, awards, credentials or client stories, and it is not used to generate reviews.
Licensing boundaries
Dusko Sremac is licensed to trade real estate in Alberta. Editorial content that references markets outside Alberta is general information — never a solicitation to trade in a jurisdiction where Dusko is not licensed. Outside Alberta, representation is coordinated through introductions to appropriately licensed local advisors via the PRPTY network. See the referral disclosure.
Illustrative scenarios vs. client case studies
Where the site publishes "illustrative scenarios" (for example on the representation methodology page), these are composite sketches designed to explain how the methodology could apply — not client case studies, not descriptions of actual transactions and not promises of outcomes. Client stories are not published on this site.
First-party network methodology
Numbers about the PRPTY network — total portals, provincial coverage, mentorship reach — are first-party statements from the organization or from Dusko personally. They are not third-party rankings and should not be reproduced as such. Where a first-party claim is quantitative, we cap it to a verifiable ceiling ("more than 60 portals"; "hundreds of agents mentored"), never inflated to a superlative.
Reviews and testimonials
We do not reproduce reviews from third-party platforms on this site. Consumers who want to read independent reviews should visit the platforms directly — see the verification centre for links.
